Never fished that bay in the winter.

Mc Laurin Bay is attached to the Ottawa river but on the Quebec side.
access is easy in Gatineau (near Gatineau airport)

Awesome fish! I have to admit I am not a big ice fishing fan and the thought of going out in -30 or colder weather to catch a bunch of Crappie doesn't have much appeal to me. To catch fish like that though!!! I guess I will have to give it a try!

I am thinking going nere papineauvile do you no if the ice is good over there?

So you kept both fish, judging by the picture in front of your Shed,Fence, electrical wires, i have nothing against that BUT i'm starting to wounder if you really released those Bass you showed on the stringer???
