Bay of Quinte ice conditions?

Bay of Quinte ice conditions?

looking for info on the ice conditions out on the bay of Quinte - near belleville and/or cow island area.

the quinte board seems to be pretty useless, so hoping someone can help here!

Was on the BOQ a few weeks ago(In front of Merland Park) Ice was black, and bout 10"Ice was said to be iffy in certain areas in the Bville area according to a buddy,where exactly not sure.I'll try to get in touch with him and pass on any info.

My buddy is going down there tonite for 4 days. They fish the current east of the airbase marina and they're still taking the 4wheeler out. Wish I wasn't in school or I'd be there all weekend too.
