Civil Servants were involved in uncovering a massive bid-rigging circle by PRIVATE COMPANIES!!!!!
Their collusion adds to more of your tax $$ being spent due to unfair competition.
In Canada it's illegal.

I hunt turkey in Ontario - am curious - are they introduced in Quebec with the same success?
I have turkey on my mind again -got it bad- every year the same thing!! Those that hunt them likely know what I am talking about...
Cleaned off the calls, loaded up the vest, dusted off the decoys, etc etc.
The bride heard my first calls of the spring - rolled her eyes...

Ah yes, turkey hunting.............
You get up in the middle of the night to stumble through the woods in the dark, putting your eyes out with sharp sticks, to sit on the cold ground getting damp and chilled until dawn, when the black flies start to feast on your blood, but you can't make any movement to ease your aching butt or slap the offending blood-thirsty little critters, all in hopes of out-witting a bird with a brain the size of a pea, and generally Mister Pea-Brain outwits you............
Yeah, I bought my turkey licence a couple weeks ago too.
